Refund policy
Summary: Cancel on or before December 31 to receive a €100 refund (per entry, Solo or Pair). From January 1 there are no refunds.
1) Standard refunds
- If you cancel on or before December 31, you will receive a €100 refund (per entry), regardless of entry type (Solo or Pair).
- From January 1, no refunds will be issued.
Note: Pair entries are per rider. Each rider receives their own €100 refund if both cancel on time.
2) After December 31
- No refunds for any reason (including schedule changes, injury, illness, or no-show).
- You may still receive race communications; your entry will simply be marked as cancelled.
3) Transfers & deferrals
No name transfers or deferrals to future editions, unless expressly announced by the organizer in writing.
4) How to request a refund (before Dec 31)
- Email borderline700@boonline.shop from your registration email.
- Include full name, order/entry ID, and Solo/Pair.
- We’ll confirm and process the €100 refund to the original payment method (processing time: 5–10 business days, bank/provider dependent).
5) Exceptions
We’re a self-supported grassroots event with limited capacity. As a rule, we do not grant exceptions after December 31. In rare cases of organizer-led cancellation or force majeure, we will communicate options to all affected riders.
